International Women's Day(2002-2003)

Delhi Commission for Women celebrated International Women's Day on 8th March,2002 by organizing a mammoth programme at the Talkatora Garden, NewDelhi.  Around 10,000 women from all parts of Delhi participatedin the day long programme.

The function was held with the active collaboration of NDMC and NGOs. The theme of the programme was "Save the Girl Child" and "Female Foeticide".
