1. Chairperson, Members and staff of the Commission to be public servants:-

The Chairperson, the Members, Officers and other employees of the Commission shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. Government consult Commission:-

The Government consult the Commission on all major policy matters affecting women.
